On Lassus was written to be performed by the London Snorkelling Team, with myself too, at my inauguration as Transcendent Satrap in the College of Pataphysics at its pataphysical New Year celebrations. It purports to be the musical illustrations included in Sherlock Holmes’ monograph “On the Polyphonic Motets of Lassus.”
