Project with Icebreaker and the Science Museum, curated by Ed McKeon, experimenting with historic and obsolete technologies. There are three composers involved creating new works, myself, Shiva Feshareki and Sarah Angliss. Mine focusses on the kind of the rather experimental electronics that I worked on in the late 1960s, using simple technologies such as tape loops, transducers, and especially collaborations with the late Hugh Davies whose invented instrument, ShoZyg, was used many times in my duo work with John Tilbury from 1968 to 1972, allied to early synthesisers like the VS3 etc. I will also use period keyboards such as the Moog, Fairlight, Orchestrion…
